Because digital products are delivered instantly and are non-returnable by nature, refunds are only offered in cases of a technical delivery failure, duplicate purchase, or where required by law. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe you qualify.
You may cancel your coaching arrangement at any time. If you cancel before your first session, you'll receive a full refund. Once your first session has taken place, coaching fees are non-refundable, as the service has already begun. To cancel, contact hello@fitwithdami.com.
