Hey, I’m Dami Dave,
I started my fitness jounery in 2021, intrigued and curious as to what the human body could archive, and completely unsure what I was getting into or where it would lead me.
I was just like many of the people I now work with juggling responsibilities, trying to stay consistent, and overwhelmed by conflicting fitness advice. That all changed when I committed to learning what really works over the years, with studying, proper training, and nutrition.
